Job Description DRIVER / LABORER (Koloa / Poipu)

POSITION SUMMARY

Driver/Laborer will assist in a variety of construction related tasks, including picking up and delivering materials to job sites, cleaning and preparing a job site, and using a variety of tools. Will set up and take down ladders, scaffolding and other temporary structures. Must be a motivated self-starter, many of these tasks will be done solo.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment

• Must be trustworthy, able to work with minimal supervision and desire to get the job done efficiently and effectively

• Must have excellent time management skills • Must be extremely dependable and have good communication skills

• Must be able to lift 70-80 lbs.

• Must ensure that all work is being done in compliance with the company's protocols

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Drive trucks carrying materials and equipment to sites, and load and unload equipment and materials.

• Prepare sites to ensure maximum optimization of construction work procedures • Clean debris, trash and hazardous materials from construction sites

• Erect temporary structures and scaffolding, dig trenches

• Perform site maintenance tasks such as trimming trees and clearing shrubs

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Driver's license with clean record, CDL not required.

• Ability to adhere to established safety procedures.

WORK SCHEDULE

Weekdays 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
